Casa Verde lies just 5 kilometers to the West of the popular area of Ipanema and Copacabana and very close to the main touristic attraction yet located in the middle of the forest, the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring Rio.

Rio de Janeiro is home to the world’s largest urban forest (Pedra Branca to the West of the city) and also the second largest, The Tijuca Forest (Floresta da Tijuca) covering around 34 square Kilometres of Rio’s mountainous city.

 

Casa Verde nestles in the hills between Pedra da Gávea and Pedra Bonita Mountains in the neighbourhood of São Conrado.

São Conrado is one of Rio’s most affluent neighborhoods, and is located in the South Zone, just 5 to 7km from the famous Ipanema and Copacabana Beaches. São Conrado is the only neighbourhood in Rio that is close to the beach and the mountains. Framed by the Two Brother peaks to one side and Pedra da Gavea to the other, São Conrado beach is  famous for its  Hand Gliders and Para Gliders, its Golf Course, Eco Tourism and its famous Fashion Mall.

 

The neighbourhood of Barra da Tijuca is just a few minutes away, making Casa Verde the ideal destination for both business and leisure travellers.
